Transfers from other hosts.
We do attempt to apply for a transfer of your domain name. If your domain name is not working after 72 hours with us then you need to do the following.

New domain names bought from us.
New domain names are registered at the moment that you purchase them from us. They should be active within 48 hours. If you can not access your account through your domain name within 48 hours, please e-mail support@nomonthly.com

Whois contact information.
There are no refunds for domain name registration. If you want to change your whois contact information please fill out this form.

E-mail Settings.
The e-mail for your account will only work after the domain name is working — meaning when you type www.yourdomain.com and it brings up your site, apply the following to your email software on your computer. Incoming email: mail.yourdomain.com and the out going email is your ISP setting.

Change MX records.
Many of you do not know what this is and this note is for those who do. We do make changes to MX records.

3rd party software.
We do not support other companies products meaning we offer a wide selection of programs for our customers. We however are busy maintaining the servers your sites are on and do not have the time to learn all the products that are offer. We add products as the systems will allow and it is up to you to seek out the knowledge to use these items. We however can refer you to a place to find some help.

Down Servers.
We always try to avoid this but it happens. We cannot process or answer emails when servers are down. We are to busy getting them back up. You may however send a email letting us know they are down. We will answer the email when we get the systems back online.

Server abusers.
We maintain our servers with all customers in mind and we reserve the right to refuse business to anyone at any time. We rarely have to in force this policy and when we do it is for all of our customers benefit.
